I offer 1:1 coaching for people who want to slow down, reconnect with what matters, and build a life that actually feels aligned — emotionally, spiritually, and practically.
This work blends modern psychology, mindfulness, values-based practices, and deep connection to nature — without religion, dogma, or forced positivity.

How 1:1 Coaching Works
- Format: 30/60-minute private sessions
- Delivery: Video or voice (Zoom / Google Meet)
- Frequency: Weekly (4 single sessions), bi-weekly (2 single sessions), or 1 single session.
- Style: Grounded, supportive, and collaborative
Each session typically includes:
- A brief check-in
- A grounding or awareness practice
- Guided conversation and exploration
- One simple takeaway or integration practice
No pressure. No fixing. Just honest work.

Single Coaching Session
30 Minutes – $50 – Single payment – no subscription.
1 Hour – $100 a session. – Single payment – no subscription.
Bi-Weekly Coaching Session
2 1-Hour Sessions per Month
$180 a month. – Recurring monthly payment.
Monthly Coaching
4 Sessions per month
$350 a month. – Recurring monthly payment.
A limited number of founding client spots are offered at a reduced rate.

I’m a musician, psychology student, and EMT-B with a deep interest in how people reconnect with themselves through presence, nature, and meaning.
My work is influenced by mindfulness, somatic awareness, and earth-based perspectives — grounded in real life, not spiritual bypassing.
